How do I cancel an order on atgiftlab.in?

Cancellation of order is allowed if such request is made at least 7  hours After The Placing and full refund will be made by At Gift lab in such cases. After 7 Hours Order Will Conform And Process The Order

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 7 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@atgiftlab.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Note: (1) Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed Or Dispatched

(2) Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

Returns and Refund Policy

We allow refunds in genuine cases. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us Email At support@atgiftlab.in or call us at +91-9607651777 (9:00 AM to 5:00 AM, Monday-Sunday). Our representative will contact you and may ask for some details about the product delivered or defaults therein. We expect your co-operation and support in completing the process and that will allow us to resolve your complaint expediently.

In genuine cases the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product only. For the wrong product delivered, company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refund the amount for the wrong product delivered.

Online refund will be processed by At Gift Lab on confirmation by mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by At Gift lab, refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
